After recommendations we were told to give them a try so we did. I went in April 17th to book my dates and give them my paper work. Apparently I dealt with a lady named Kelly, I told her my 3 weeks watcher her write us in on the dates I wanted, at least I thought she did. The 1st time we were to drop on a Thursday, I called Wednesday to see what time to drop. They said we were a no call no show on Wednesday even though we weren't dropping til Thursday so the day before we were to leave town I had to find somene bc the place I was at 2 months prior to reserve gave his spot up. Then fast forward 2 weeks to vacation week I called to double check my dog had a home while we were away bc after the 1st time I didnt have a good feeling and I was right. I was told he was never written in the book even though I watched this Lisa supposedly do it. Even more when I asked if he was booked his 2nd week I needed on July 31st I was told multiple times there's only 30 days in July and not 31 even though I was looking at the Google Calander. If this is how scheduling works how have they not had more problems with animals?

I can’t say enough great things about Sugar Run Kennel! They took such amazing care of my precious Ginger Spice over the past few weeks, and it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they look after. One of my favorite parts was the regular photo updates on Facebook—being able to check in and see how happy and comfortable she was made all the difference. It felt like I was still connected to her even from afar. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring place for your pet, I highly recommend Sugar Run Kennel. I will absolutely be bringing Ginger Spice back in the future!

We have used Sugar Run for years for our dogs. We know our dogs are well cared for while we are gone. I love seeing the updates of our pups on their Facebook page while we are away. It makes me feel so much better knowing they are doing ok. The staff at Sugar Run truly love dogs and take such good care of them. We don’t even consider another kennel.

The staff was kind and clearly loves and cares for the animals so well! Communication was fast and clear. In the past, we’ve felt uneasy leaving our dog at home, but with Sugar Run, we knew our girl was in good hands! We were thankful for Vicki giving our girl some extra TLC while we were gone, too! Highly recommend this place and the care they offer the animals!
