Leslie, my phone does have an introduction as to my company name. Yes, I agree our dogs are our family. I apologize for any misunderstaing about the call. On my end, I could barely understand anything on the message you left so I had to ask questions. I'm sorry but I was booked when you called. As a pet groomer, I treat the pets in my care at all times with vigilance, kindness, patience, and respect as though they were my own. I conduct my business with honesty and integrity toward my customers and their pets.

Left message even though there was not a intro or a beep to do so, explained that on my message as well. Explained that and also wanted to see about pricing and we call our 4 legged digs our kidz. Sharon called back to say she was confused if I was calling for human pricing or dog pricing for this is a MOBILE PET GROOMING SERVICE. Really u have neer heard of families calling their dogs KIDZ? well that was my search mobile groomers. I called Sharon right back to explain that we call our dogs our kidz. She then asked u have 4 dogs I said no 3. 5lb,schanuzer,15lb, schnauzer, my service animal a mini irish doodle. She said she has been doing this 26years and would not be able to take on 3 more dogs.It would take to much time.Basically she has enough business.seems if 3 is at ine stop there would not be the time travel to do a dog or maybe 2 at a time. Seems it would be an over all GREAT situation for everyone.NO TIME WASTED WITH TRAVEL! The search says 10+ years...26 is great but that's the reason for no intro message to leave a message. If one is that busy ten say that...at this time not taking on any more clients. Now this has left a bad opinion in my mind. So Sharon overall u did m

They just left my house and could not have been nicer people. My dogs absolutely loved them and they have never looked better. Grooming is on point and so is the treatment we received! Will definitely call them monthly for our pups grooming!

Sharon would do an amazing lion cut on my ragdoll care monthly. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her work!

We have been using Suds & Bubbles for several years now and have nothing but great things to say. The price is great, the owners are always very professional, and they always show up on time when they say they will be here. Most importantly they are very loving and kind to our dog! I have recommended them to quite a few people and will continue to recommend them.
