Huntsville is in Alabama, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. This is the first time we have had a puppy, and we had trouble doing the same of the basics. We signed up for the kindergarten training class and Nicole helped our little girl progress really quickly. The handouts every week are very helpful and the feedback she gave to our training when we steered astray was very important to keep our girl on track.

We completed the 5 week Elementary training class with our 1 year old Golden Retriever. Nicole was a great teacher, Chilli did a great job and was transformed through the class, we had a lot of fun and plan to complete the other more advanced training courses with her as well.

We had such a great experience at Such a Good Dog! The classes were so informative, and we learned a ton of practical tips that have already helped us with our puppy. Nicole is the absolute best! She’s incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and makes every class fun and easy to follow. She takes the time to answer questions and really cares about helping both the dogs and their owners succeed. We’re so glad we signed up and will definitely be back for more classes. Highly recommend Such a Good Dog if you’re looking for a great trainer in Huntsville!

We did it! 🏅 Official AKC Canine Good Citizen! 🎓🐾 I am so incredibly proud of my girl for earning her AKC CGC title. We had a fantastic experience. A massive thank you to Callie at Such A Good Dog in Huntsville. I was very nervous about the testing and Callie was patient, professional, and made the entire testing process such a positive, stress-free experience. If you’re looking for CGC testing or dog training, look no further. We couldn’t have done it without them! I couldn't recommend them enough! ♥️

We recently adopted a dog from a local rescue, and while we are not new to dogs in our home, we had never gotten professional training for any of our rescues before so I decided to give it a try. We signed our new pup up for the Fast-track version of the class, which was perfect for our family’s schedule. We learned specific commands, and also gained a better understanding of how dogs learn in general. We also received printed handouts of what we learned in class, which were very helpful to refer back to during each week of “practice” at home. I had so much fun learning along side my dog, I plan to sign her up for the next class level this summer!
