My dog goes here often for daycare and it's a very positive experience. I needed to bring my friend's dog there for boarding for a week though and boy what a surprise. In addition to the more expensive than most daily rate, they informed me that any stay over 4 days REQUIRES one of their daily "packages", the cheapest of which is an ADDITIONAL $25/day. So basically they want $85/day MINIMUM for any stay over 4 days. And that's for the basic package. Insane prices...went to PetSmart.

This place is clean and very friendly. What i liked is getting a picture card daily. What I didn't like were 2 things, but 1 felt very bad/wrong to me, the mom of a fur babie that has no disability that you can see, but if you know her, this sweet, timid, lil tiny bit of an angel she has a health condition that needs to be watched a bit closer than others. For this issue, my sweet LilBit was forced to be excluded from being able to play with others, even though that was why she was placed at this extremely high placed (2nd thing I didn't like) doggy day care/boarding) facility. Also because of their facility not being able to recognize that this is most definitely a form of discrimination. And not realizing how shunned and alone that would cause my LilBit to feel, and me, too, as her furbabie-mom. Their only concern was bottom dollar. I paid almost double extra for single attention for LilBit ... why couldn't some of that go toward attention while she played with others? Discrimination comes to mind... is how this is making us feel.

We loved the service provided here by our regular groomer Shayla, she was very talented and results always on point, however recently learned Shayla is now working at Groom my friend Elk River location which is upsetting to find out its hard to find someone consistent as she is , a true professional at her trade ❤️

I adopted a rescue earlier this year who gets very anxious when left home alone so I looked into a few doggy daycare options and decided to give Stone Mountain a try. My baby boy went from being terrified of people to being excited to come in and see his friends (the lovely workers, not the other dogs 😂). He even rushes me out the door and starts crying out of excitement when he sees we’re pulling up to the lodge. Everyone who works here is so welcoming and friendly, but most importantly patient and understanding with every dog that comes in. I can tell they love my dog as much as he loves them. I’ve also left my dog overnight for a few nights and he loved it, I called every day to ask how he was doing and they never got annoyed at me 😅 Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here, even the anxious ones. I’ve seen mine come out of his shell and become a happier boy since he started coming here. This place is one, if not the only reason why I’m glad I moved to Minnesota 💕 *adding a brief video of my baby boy excited to go to the Halloween party this year 🤠

Stone Mountain facility and it's day care staff are absolutely amazing! They are ALL so sweet and take such good care of the pups!! JARROD is exceptional beyond words. He is clearly well suited for his position. He's calm, gentle, kind , and compassionate with the pups and with people alike. Our puppy leaps into his arms upon arrival and I'm pretty sure she sheds a tear when she ends up going home with us INSTEAD of Jarrod. Could NOT find a better place to entrust with the care of our puppy. They don't just care for your pet, they ALL seemingly genuinely love them too!
