Great people and grooming. Zuzu loves it too - and looks great!

We took our dog here to have her nails trimmed. She does not like having them cut so she was muzzled. The girl who cut them (Mack) was very sweet and understanding. She would rub her feet to help calm her down. We will definitely be back to have them trimmed with Mack.

My grandmother and I took our family dog for her routine grooming. Libby is a 7 year old cavapoo that has been groomed every 2 months for her entire life. Other groomers fawn over Libby and love her so much. She loves going to the groomers for her “spa day”. Upon picking her up from Steph’s Bubbles and Bows she was very anxious.. she has been clinging to my grandmother around the clock. She’s whining all the time since her visit here. I don’t know what they did to her, but it had to have been something terrible. Libby is a very outgoing puppy and loves people and playing. She is a totally different dog since this grooming. We will NEVER go back. The same thing happened to my Pyrenees-Poodle mix, they shaved her bald after we had discussed a poodle cut and had shown them several reference images. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I advise people to NEVER bring their beloved pets here.

it saddens me to leave this review. because Mikayla is seriously the best doggie bursitis ever! this is not a post about her abilities, it’s a direct post to bubbles baths and bows whom i’ve had all my dogs groomed at for years. my apt tomorrow is at 1230 for my dog. i received a reminder text on april 21st at 9:23am saying they needed my dogs updated rabies vaccines. i called five times into their office all through the day and no one answered! i left a message asking what’s the fax number so i can get my dogs records faxed to you as my vets office requires 24 hours notice to accomplish this. NOT A SINGLE PERSON CALLED ME BACK YESTERDAY!!! i get a reminder text today saying you can use this email… we don’t have fax. i responded with, i think i should cancel because i don’t think i can get these records in time. (i would like to say that 3 months ago i was there RIGHT AFTER THEIR VET VISIT WITH MY PAPERWORK and the woman said she didn’t need it and they weren’t due for the paperwork!!!!) they said they’re charging me a rescheduling fee!!!! then said the reason they didn’t respond was because of their phone voicemail issue!!! so we get charged for their business issues??? what???? h

Most friendly staff. I bring our Murphy here for his nail trims. He does not like it. But here he puts up no fuss and the staff are well experienced to make him enjoy his time there.
