Wilkes-Barre is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Wilkes-Barre follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If I can give them zero stars, I would let’s start with the manager Amy I went in there with high hopes of getting a dog. The dog was adopted out in less than a week. We were supposed to be on the top of the list and due to them having lack Of communication, the dog was adopted out, and I didn’t even Have a chance she proceeds to tell me that there are thousands of other dogs in here that need to be adopted. I asked her for another dog. She said that came in as a stray and was going back to the owner then I proceeded to say another dog And she said that dog was being transported to another shelter so instead of giving me the time of the day to fill out an application, she has to talk to Todd the director of the SPCA because I’m trying to help a friend out and they think my dog is his dog and they want to see the records of a dog that’s not even his & that’s not at his residence instead of worrying about my dog’s vet record and where its staying who is not gonna be staying at the residence house worry about the other dogs Instead of worrying about a dog that is in good health, good condition goes to the vet because that’s honestly none of their Business that’s OK. We will just tak

My girlfriend went there to drop off a cat she rescued from a parking lot and afterwards called me emotional because of her experience. The front desk worker (she described her as a lady with bangs) was rude and accusatory. She made her feel uncomfortable and horrible for doing a good deed. For a person you’d think is supposed to be welcoming and helpful she sure was not. Very disappointing and sad hopefully they are much kinder to the animals.

*STAMPED & APPROVED🔴🔨* ▪︎ Helped me so much – during such a strange & unique situation, that went from a business matter to a personal matter very fast! After 8+ years in the real estate & investments field, I would of never have thought would happen.... ▪︎ But, long-story-short, our local SPCA took care of business and helped me within a reasonable timely matter! For that I am overall grateful for them! 🙏 Now - I give them my personal J.R. stamp of verification! 🔨 * ✔ VERITAS VERIFIED 🔴👨⚖️ *

Recently got my pet bunny named bunnifer here, she’s been the best to me, first couple of days she’s been a little uncomfortable in her new home but now she sleeps with me and everything. Thanks so much to the people who gave me instructions too about bunnies I learned so much. I’m gonna love bunnifer my whole life no matter what and she’s in so much care. Thank you :)

Thank you for the kindness and compassion you showed when I adopted Jessie. After 1 year she is in her forever home. She shows me loyalty and is very loveable. We walk our big back yard at least 6 to 7 times a day where everyday she experiences new smells. She loves our big front porch and her favorite game is tug of war. She learned to command on sit so far, working on other tricks too.
