Me and a family member went here to get our feet done. A absolutely beautiful place to visit but unfortunately will be my last visit. They quoted us 45$ for manicure and plus I had to have my nails removed which they did not give a price for. When we went to check out, an extra 10 dollars was added to the original 45 dollar price which totaled 55$ each. I ended up paying 70$ total. My family member 55$. 10 dollars above the original price. Prior visit I offered a generous tip but at my OWN convenience. We both thought it was strange how one of the workers stared at us the whole entire time we were there, very uncomfortable feeling. I feel like we were definitely overcharged, this time around. If you visit this place DO NOT let them overcharge you! Will not be returning.

Went to Holly for 15 years got absolutely great services. Gave when others could not. Only because I moved across town and lost use of my car am I not their now. Her husband specializes in hands also, doing a fabulous job. My toe nails are needy now I have a condition ,have to wear toes out all time, open toes. Yeah for Holly. It was also always the brightest cleanest and loved their massages from chairs. Now I See they have remodeled and even so it’s even better

My first time to try this place. I didn't even know it has been there for a while now though I'm constantly in that area. I made an appointment the following day but walk ins welcome. There was no wait when I came, though I was running late for my appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at the bright, modern, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I had mani/ pedi with Holly. She is friendly and thorough and took her time. I am very satisfied with the service and the price is very reasonable and comparable any where else. This will be my regular place to go now for my mani/pedi.

I have been going to Spa Nails for over 15 years. There are so many reasons I love this place and why I have been a customer for so long: The wonderful staff, the amazing calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, the cleanliness and Holly who is the only person I let do my pedicures! When I went in today they had all brand new Massage Chairs that were absolute heaven!!! If you don't go to Spa Nails, you are missing out!!!

I wish I could write a lovely review, but I can't and won't because it wouldn't be honest. Summary: setting great, service not! The environment is beautiful! The floors are immaculate and there is a crystal chandelier. Unfortunately the service left something to be desired. The provider (Holly) was friendly enough in the beginning, but insisted I had been to the salon before (which is not the case). When I told her that the polish on one fingernail (the thumb) was too thick, she insisted that the polish was supposed to be that way. Then she went further to accuse me of being the same customer as before and being the same way. I wanted to yell 'Lady, I don't know you and I'm paying you for a service that you have provided poorly, which I have tolerated until this point!' I can tolerate a lot since I work with children, but this was unacceptable. I hope the others that work here are better, but I won't be back and I cannot recommend this place. I wanted to love it and keep coming back, but I'll keep searching...
