Southern Mobile Trailer & Truck Wash

Matthew Brown 6 months ago

our trailers were getting nasty sitting in the yard between loads. like caked on mud and salt residue from winter that just never got dealt with. tried hosing them down ourselves a couple times but it barely made a dent and nobody wanted to spend their day doing it. called Southern Mobile and they came out to our lot the following week. Knocked out eight trailers in one morning and they actually look presentable now. set up a monthly schedule so it doesnt get that bad again

we had a DOT inspection issue last spring where they flagged a couple of our trailers for visibility problems - reflective tape was basically invisible under all the road film and salt residue. not a huge fine but annoying and it meant pulling trucks off route to deal with it. started looking for a mobile wash service that could keep up with our fleet on a regular schedule instead of us scrambling every few weeks. these guys set up a biweekly rotation and now every trailer gets washed before it has a chance to get that bad again. the salt and grime around the DOT numbers and reflective strips stays clear which was the whole point. they come out to our yard on tuesdays and just work through the line, usually 8-10 trailers depending on whos parked. takes them a few hours. the scheduling part has been solid too, like they just confirm the night before and show up early morning before our first dispatch. haven't had a single visibility flag since we started with them

Had a fantastic experience with southern mobile wash in joliet. They scheduled me quickly and were super flexible with timing. The crew was on time and ready to get to work. They cleaned every truck and trailer thoroughly, including the interiors. Really happy with the service and the communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend to other fleet owners.

I was a bit skeptical about mobile truck washing at first, but the booking process with Southern Mobile was super easy. They answered all my questions thoroughly and set up an appointment that worked with my busy schedule. When they arrived, the team was professional and got straight to work. My fleet has never looked cleaner, and they even did a great job with the detailing inside. They didn't rush and made sure every truck was spotless. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Great service for keeping our fleet clean. Highly recommend. Will definitely call again for regular services.

Had them come out to detail our trailers in Joliet. They did a quick, efficient job and got the interior looking brand new. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how careful they were with our vehicles. Definitely worth the investment, and the guys were super friendly too!
