Definitely needs work on customer service. Business personally reached out offer a sale for returning clients, then no-showed my scheduled appointment made at least a week in advance. When I reached out to see what happened, she reported had prior obligations with another job.

I have a very stressful job (working 100+ hours/week) and carry a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck. To combat the adverse effects of this tension, I get a 90-minute massage approximately once a month and have done so for several years. I have gone to many massage therapists in that time, including in large cities like Salt Lake City and Cincinnati, Ohio. Easily, Kristin is the best therapist I have ever worked with. While I lived in Pocatello for over a year, I got a 90-minute massage from her every two to four weeks. They were all phenomenal. Before our first session, Kristin took the time to ask what I wanted/needed from a massage. She actually listened to and carried out my requests, rather than just going through a set routine (like has been my experience with many other therapists). As just one example, I need very deep pressure during a massage, and Kristin was able to provide it for the full 90 minutes each time. Then, at each subsequent session, she remembered my preferences, monitored my progress, and asked if I would like any new variation at that session. Kristin also put me in new positions and practiced different techniques than any other therapist I hav
