Sonic Suds Laundromat of Toms River

Five stars honestly isn’t enough—I would give Sonic’s Laundromat even more if I could! The laundromat itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to use, but what truly made this experience exceptional was Tav. She went so far above and beyond that words hardly do her justice. We were visiting from out of town and walked in completely confused about how everything worked. Tav immediately greeted us with a warm smile, explained exactly what we needed to do, and helped us figure out the right machines and how much everything would cost. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. What amazed us even more was that she didn’t stop there. Without us even asking, she helped load our wet laundry into the dryers and showed us the best way to dry everything efficiently. Then, because I had to leave for a while to run errands, I came back to find that she had started folding our laundry so neatly. I was completely blown away. Genuine kindness like hers is rare. Tav is the kind of employee every business hopes to have—hardworking, thoughtful, welcoming, and someone who truly cares about people. She deserves every tip, every raise, and every bit of recognition she

This is by far one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve visited. The machines are well-maintained, the facility is always spotless, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Tammy is especially wonderful—she is always friendly, helpful, and willing to assist customers whenever needed. What really stands out is how hard she works to keep everything clean and organized. Every time I come in, she’s busy making sure the laundromat looks its best. Her dedication and positive attitude make this a great place to do laundry. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. It is clean and the machines work well. I use the wash dry fold service and Tammy is not only friendly and professional but really good at her job. I would give her more stars if I could.

I have never had a problem here! I use the wash and fold service all the time and it’s ready same day. Tammy is absolutely amazing! Always smiling, friendly and, even when I say I don’t need it back right away, she gets it done within a few hours. Even on days like today when the place was packed and I came in with two carts of linen, it was ready within hours!! Highly recommend and ask for Tammy! You will not be disappointed

Sonic Suds Laundromat is open 24hr/ 7 days all year. They have 30 washers. The capacities are as follows; 2 washers are 8 loads, 6 washers are 6 loads, 10 washers are 4 loads, and 12 washers are 2 loads. There are 36 dryers, all of which are standard size only. They provide wash and fold service with no clear pricing signage. There are three vending machines. 1 has snacks, 1 has cold beverages, and 1 provides laundry supplies. They don't have a cash system. All transactions are electronic and require a free Sonic Suds card loaded using the machine. You just make a selection and put cash into the slot. They also provide a large bill breaker to provide smaller bills because the card machine doesn't provide change. What cash you put in gets loaded directly to the card. There are plenty of laundry carts, and the same goes for the folding stations plenty to go around. The TV plays country music on a loop if you like that type of music. If not, bring headphones or earpods because it's very loud competing with the washer/dryer, white noise, and other people talking. The bathroom is clean and requires the card to get inside. They keep it clean when the staff is around, but when the staff l
