Soigné Pets

Just picked my 14 year old husky up from a “grooming”. He walked in but had to be carried out because they thought it best to let him slip and slide on tile for hours. He was there 4.5 hours and they managed to bathe him. Got a text that I could come get him and that not much could be done because his “legs wouldn’t cooperate with the slick floor”. When I walked in I could see him sprawled out like a starfish. He yelped in pain and was barking because he was clearly stressed. He’s been groomed here before but this is unacceptable. His belly was still wet, so I would imagine he slipped in the drying kennel and it wasn’t noticed. Then he was put on a tile floor with no grip and laid how I first saw him for what is most likely a hour or more. They tried to say he has hip dysplasia - because they’re veterinarians? He didn’t at the actual vet 2 weeks ago. He didn’t on our half mile walk everyday this week, including this morning. They hurt my dog, and they know they did because their faces spoke louder than their mouths while they denied it. They initially said I was only getting charged for a bath (4.5 hour bath), but then said “just take him and we’ll cancel the appointment”. I hope I

My dog Bernie has been going to Soigne Pet Grooming for a couple years now and they do an amazing job with him! He’s a Bernedoodle so he needs groomed frequently with his curly hair. Each employee is so kind and welcoming. They always send him home with the cutest bandana that’s matching the seasons. They’re wonderful and I highly recommend Soigne Pet Grooming!

I take my Brittaney, Winston to them. They do a fantastic job. This last time I wanted a show cut on him and he looks fantastic. The show cut is much shorter and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very happy with the way he looks and it will be so much cooler for him this summer. Take your pet there and you will be happy and so will your little one!!

The team at Soigné did a wonderful job on my Ragdoll. They took their time and took great care of him in the process. Highly recommend!

We love Soigne pets! They have always made sure to get Rex in whenever I've asked and offer appointments that are convenient. They always go over what is being done prior to taking him back and have even text if there have been any questions. My dog has some anxiety when I leave him, and they have always seemed to be patient when taking him back. They are great about giving you a timeframe on how long it's expected to take and letting you know how much longer your fur baby has too, so you know when to head to pick them up. Rex has always come out looking and smelling great after his time here.
