In West Point, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Utah, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

West Point is in Utah, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and West Point follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ruth is the best, she seriously helped me and my cat Charlie out of an emergency bind. Poor thing had matted areas everywhere and I won't forget to mention the slime that he had gotten into and was all over his tummy. Just in poor sorts about himself. But literally 1 phone call to Ruth @ Soft Paws told her my situation and she said come in that Friday. For the price was nothing more than perfectly, for the services she preformed. Thank you Ruth so much for you Awesome help! I'll be recommending you to everyone. You really saved Charlie, he's so much happier and lighter without all that hair.

My daughters have insisted on our cat Hampton getting cut every three months for the past handful of years. Initially, we tried several different places in the area even going to Salt Lake. Once we tried Ruth we have been pleasantly surprised. She is quick, caring and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Soft Paws for dogs and cats my daughter says she doesn’t know about horses though.

We’ve taken our dogs here for years. We used to have a high anxiety dog that Ruth was very patient with. Our second dog, we have taken to Ruth for over five years. She always does a great job. Today I told her to do whatever she wanted with our cockapoo and he came back cuter than ever!
