Miami Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Miami Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It's alight and gets the job done . They close at 10 it says but locks door by 8:15. Everytime I'm trying to leave the lady has to unlock the door for me to bring my laundry to my car. The washers and dryers aren't really clean so make sure you bring sterilizing options .

falsely advertising! . The place says it's open until 10:00, that's not true. The last wash is 8:15. If you show up at 9:00 there is no value in coming because then you can't do laundry. They say it's open until 10:00 but you can't really do laundry if you come at 9:00. So it's false advertising. Never going to come back to that place ever again.

I’ve been coming here since I moved back to south beach. The machines work well, the location is clean, and the waiting area is comfortable. Haven’t tried the wash and fold service so can’t comment on that but this place gets the job done

Great place to wash your clothes, cheap and easy, they use a card that you have to load money onto, but it's quick fast and simple, and it's not very expensive compared to the other laundry mats around the island.
