We thought the change in ownership would be a good thing, but it clearly isn't. We had an appointment scheduled for our dog, only for them to call us an HOUR before our appointment to say they double booked and that we would have to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following morning and my wife went to drop the dog off. She arrived and the lights were off and the door was locked. The owner eventually arrived after waiting 30 min and told her that the groomer was not able to come in today and we would not be getting our dog groomed again. I understand that things happen, but I expect a business to have a back up plan to take care of their customers. The grooming is inexpensive and they have a lot of openings... but I can see why that is now. Wont be back.

This place is great. Everything is provided to pamper your furry friend for the "self" wash. Or, if you can't wash your pup, they will do it for you. The prices are reasonable for what you are supplied with. Nail trims, anal glands, and ear cleaning are just a 3 of the many services they provide. Do your dog a favor and check this place out. It's clean and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Leo, the black newfie, says a huge thank you, and i say thanks for brushing his teeth. He smells so nice and clean. 😊

I have brought my Cavalier King Charles to get groomed and bathed for years. They are awesome to work with, prices are very reasonable and top quality work every time. They treat my dog as their own and always go above and beyond!

The best place I've found to wash my dog. They have so much set up to make bathing dog easy and successful. I forgot towels but they had towels and a dryer. I was very happy with all they had to offer. The set up isn't user friendly for all dog sizes, but does fit most dogs I think. The person at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. She was willing to answer my questions before I brought my dog in.

I had been taking my dog here regularly for a couple of years to self-bathe her, and was happy with the cleanliness, supplies, and staff. Nice walk-in tubs for the dogs, spacious, open shop. Decent prices, nail trim included with self-bathing price. Gypsy girl got sprayed in the face by a skunk a couple of nights ago! I gladly let a staff member bathe her this time. They use a 5 step process to get that smell out. OUTSTANDING results!!! She was a happy dog, and I could tell the person enjoyed working with her. Next day, she still smells great, and it's not just masking the skunk odor, it's gone! I VERY highly recommend Soapy Paws!
