Soaps N Suds Laundromat

The first car wash bay left one side of my car completely dirty using the $10 wash. Thus is my second wash using your touchless wash and I am still waiting for a response regarding the first wash that left black droplets of liquid on my SUV. I emailed as requested and still 2 weeks later I've received no response. If I don't have a response by September 11th, I will contact a corporate office if you have one and the BBB if you don't.

I have been doing my laundry the last 4 months at Soap and Suds location off of 21st in Norfolk Va. I am leaving this post to comment on an employee that works at this location. Her name is Tasha. She is truly a ray of sunshine. I had came in early last week to do my laundry, it was the morning after Norfolk had got flooded due to the rain. Anyways, Tasha was mopping up excess water near both doors from the night before. Basically, I just want to commend her for being focused at her task at hand from rain overflow from the heavy storm but also had a kind and genuine attitude towards the few customers that were in the laundry mat. Thank you for hard work you do Tasha and the kindness you and positive energy you bring to the store.😉👍🏼

I've been going to Soap N Suds on Colley Ave since I've moved to Norfolk in 2019. Anytime I have an issue (which is hardly ever) but when I did, the attendants were at my service promptly. I love the Staff, especially Tasha. Very friendly and attentive.

Come here for excellent service, (thank you, Miss Timika!), a very clean atmosphere, spotless restrooms, updated and an assortment of machine sizes with varrying functions! We arrived with our oversized, washable rug and rescue kitty blankets and towels. We were greeted immediately by Miss Timika, who helped us select the best machines for job helped us navigate the payment system (not your standard coin or credit card operation these days), and shared some information and coupons about additional services offered here such as the no-appointment convenient wash and fold drop off. Great location next to groceries, and near the pharmacy, post office, and several other entities. We'll be back as needed without a doubt. Thank you, again, Timika!

Tasha and Sandi were incredibly helpful! I encountered a few minor issues while doing multiple large loads, and they were more than willing to assist me each time. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
