Smart Parke Luxury Dog Boarding - Laguna Woods, CA

Smart Parke Laguna woods is the ONLY place we have ever trusted with our dogs for the past 2yrs. We boarded our 2 (hyper anxious large dogs) here even just this week and had to extend our trip last minute a couple days as I type this from Florida. Extremely accommodating while having to do so. They show our dogs so much love, trust, even administer one of our dogs daily anxiety meds. Love that they have cameras, daily dog reports also & cute treats you can give your dogs while you’re away for peace of mind. If we ever move away from Cali I will be sad to leave this location behind & I'm sure our fur babies will be also

We adopted our dog Hazel on June 30, 2026 From an Inland empire animal shelter where she was on the risk list. She was almost a year old and had not been spayed or housebroken. It was like getting a new child overnight. She requires a lot of exercise and unfortunately, There aren’t too many dogs in our neighborhood and I’m a little leery of dog parks. We made a reservation for a temperament test for Hazel to be sure that she would fit in with the pack. From the smile on her face and her wet fur from playing in the pool when we picked her up, I think she Is sad that summer is almost over. The staff was wonderful and caring. It was obvious from the moment you walk in the door and the kind people that take her back to the play area. I’m impressed that they have closed circuit cameras that you can monitor your pup on while they’re playing or resting during daycare. This is definitely our new go to. Thank you Smart Parke for such a fun first day!

Smart Parke have been wonderful for us and our young pittie Lucy! Although she doesn't come often, she's had a few overnight stays and I've been really impressed in the following areas: 1) The staff are fabulous; when I email or call I am immediately helped by a friendly staff member and there's never a wait, 2) I love the in-suite and in-play area cameras; I am very anxious about being away from Lucy lol and the cameras allow me to helicopter (mommy is always watching...), 3) My girl has a sensitive tummy and it's clear the food they serve sat well with her which is a check off one of my concerns for sure!, 4) I love that the doggies are let out quite early in the morning to stretch and have a potty break. Once again the staff are so wonderful and I love how there is always an abundance of staff with the dogs in the play areas. It is on the pricy side but obviously ensuring the comfort and safety of my big headed child is priceless. Thank you Smart Parke! (Included first picture is a still from Lucy's video report card sent by Smart Parke and the second picture is just a glamour shot of my princess lol)

Willow’s first experience went so well, I couldn’t be happier. She’s 6 months old and hadn’t been to doggie daycare before. I was comforted by the ability to see her on the webcam. She went from staying shy in the corner to interacting playfully with all the other pups. She had a long day and came home happy and exhausted! Great experience with staff and the ease of booking. Thanks again!
