I’ve been to this place three times, and I want to start with the positives: the staff is very kind, and the clinic is clean, cozy, and beautiful. I also had a facial done here, and everything went well. Later, I had two BBL photofacial treatments to remove broken capillaries. Unfortunately, Anna G. chose the wrong settings for my skin type. While the capillaries improved slightly, I developed severe hyperpigmentation that still hasn’t gone away (It turned out that heat-based treatments are contraindicated for my skin type). I want to warn others to be very careful when choosing someone for BBL treatments and make sure they truly understand different skin types. If I could go back and undo this experience, I would.

Joanne Lahip is my girl! She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. She walks me through every process, answers all my questions & concerns and makes sure I’m comfortable every step of the way. My results are always subtle and natural, which is exactly what I want. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality, thoughtful aesthetic care.

To Joanne and the the staff at SkinSpirit, thank you for such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of and once I met Joanne, I knew I was in great hands…literally! She is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to what you want while offering her professional insight. I had Daxxify and filler done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They look natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. Joanne’s attention to detail and gentle approach made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What truly stood out to me was how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She even followed up with me after my treatments to check in and make sure everything was healing well and that I was happy with my results. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. I had an amazing experience with Joanne for soft tissue fillers and neurotoxin treatments! She was incredibly informative, gentle, and truly skilled at what she does. I felt relaxed the entire time, and the results were immediate. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for all my future cosmetic treatments, I highly recommend! The office at SkinSpirit is also beautiful, very clean, high-end, and welcoming too, love it!
