Sit Means Sit Dog Training of Westchester

Carl and I had a wonderful experience at Sit Means Sit. Our main issue was Carl pulling on our walks as well as lunging for bunnies and cats and reacting to a couple of the neighborhood dogs. We had one instance where he was so focused on running after a cat that he pulled me over. After our his first couple of training sessions, Carl was so much easier to walk and it has turned into a fun activity versus a very stressful one. We have graduated from the Dream Dog Academy and are continuing with group lessons. All of the trainers are amazing with a special shout out to Liam who was our main point person during the academy and was always so patient and reassuring. If I had known how transformative the training would be, I would have started much earlier!

My baby boy Milo just completed the DREAM Dog Program and I cannot recommend it more! The entire team is absolutely amazing, shoutout Iris (Milo LOVES YOU) & Chris for making Milo’s experience extra special! I was hesitant on training programs until we came to Sit Means Sit. They take the time to understand your dog’s needs, behavior, and most important, personality. I would bring Milo every day if I could! Thank you guys, Milo and his best friend say Hi!

Sit Means Sit Dog Training of Westchester has an incredible team of trainers! We brought our 2 year old Frenchie, Jason, in for their 5 week program and after the first class we immediately noticed a difference. Everyone was so patient and loving towards Jason and he was always happy to be there. The group training classes are also a huge benefit as well. We can’t thank everyone enough for the time they put in towards transforming Jason into a well trained dog while still maintaining his quirky frenchie personality 😊 If you’re willing to put in the work alongside the training program, I highly recommend Sit Means Sit!

From our first interaction onward, every staff member at Sit Means Sit has treated my dog and me with kindness, patience, encouragement, and enthusiasm. They are very obviously knowledgeable and experts in what they do, and my dog Trinidad loves every single one of them. Her tail never stops wagging which is a testament to how much she enjoys being there. I’m so happy I found and connected with them and am looking forward to continuing to work with them as Trini grows. Training is a lifetime commitment, and if you choose to invest in your dog’s learning, this facility is the choice to make, you won’t regret it! Thank you to the staff at Sit Means Sit, and I’m excited to see Trini’s progress continue!
