We have been bringing our dogs for years. This last visit will be our last. I paid more but got less and had to point out my dog’s paws were not done so they took her back in and did her paws. When I got home I had to trim more fur off because it was left very long. It took an hour and a half longer , cost more and my dog was way less groomed than previously done. Has the ownership changed? Because the quality sure has.

Disappointed with Grooming Experience — Hoping for Resolution My dog and I usually love coming here for his haircuts. The stylists we’ve had in the past have always been wonderful — patient, professional, and attentive. That’s why this visit was so disappointing. I paid $100 for a haircut that was sloppy, incomplete, and handled with zero professionalism. The stylist didn’t clip my dog’s nails, and when I pointed out how much room there was before the quick—something no other groomer has ever missed—she insisted he would bleed because of a black dot in the nail. Then she asked if I walk my dog, which was not only irrelevant but incredibly rude and condescending. Of course I walk my dog. The hair on his paws was completely untouched. Yes, he struggles with paw grooming, but every other stylist has managed to do a thorough job with care and patience. This time, she gave up without trying. The overall cut was choppy and uneven, with multiple areas missed—including both the tops and undersides of his paws. When I brought all of this to her attention, she gave me attitude and refused to fix anything. I left feeling deeply upset by the unprofessionalism I received when voicing my con
