In Minot, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in North Dakota, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Minot is in North Dakota, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Minot follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If I could give this "business" 0 stars, I would. My vet told me that they have had MULTIPLE dogs come into their clinic with cuts to their skin from her "grooming". She is too aggressive with these animals and I would never recommend her to anyone!!

I scheduled an appointment after my dogs last grooming for 12/23/21@ 9:00am. Kim never showed up! Door was locked. I called the day before to confirm and she never responded to my message. Called today and text no response! Poor way to run a business!

Very courteous. Loves dogs. Reasonable prices and will fit us in quickly without a hassle. We have used several groomers before, but Shear Fun has won and kept our business.

I’ve used Kim for my Corgi several times. She is really well priced and very helpful. Best price I’ve found. Really easy to schedule.

I would give this lady a MINUS 5 stars if I could! Granted, I called her less than a week in advance and she was good enough (we thought) to fit us in on short notice. BUT, when we arrived at 10:15am, 15 mins early, the door was locked! We tried calling...no answer. She answered the second call and said, “What? What time? Oh yeah, I’m running late. I had to pick up a dog. I’ll be there in 15 minutes!” While we were waiting, a truck pulled up with four big dogs and they told us that they had an 11am appointment with her, that she had called THEM, and was running late to pick up a dog...wow. Well, 15 minutes turned into 30 and when she finally DID arrive, we were leaving! We asked her if her phone was broke because she never once called to apologize and let us know that she was on her way! She never apologized for keeping us waiting so long and had the attitude that we should be happy to have waited! Very very unprofessional and, after being treated this way, did not want to trust our sweet Labradoodle to her care! If you choose to use her just keep this in mind. I like my groomers to be animal lovers and actually take their profession seriously. Thank you for reading this review!
