Going to Shampoodles has become a weekly adventure for us and our fur kids for years now. Rob is amazing. He's genuinely a great guy and cares deeply for his clients. I can't recommend this business enough. I've even referred my neighbors.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Roberto truly deserves one 🤩 I’ve been bringing my dogs to him for over a year and a half. I originally chose this place because of the great reviews, and while my very first visit wasn’t exactly what I expected (my Schnauzer mix Golden retriever came back with more of a poodle-style haircut from a newer groomer; you can even tell looking at Max’s face he looked uncomfortable before Roberto step in), what happened afterward is the reason I’ve stayed ever since. I contacted Roberto, and instead of making excuses, he personally fixed my dog’s haircut the very same day. He genuinely cared that I wasn’t happy, and that level of accountability is rare to find. Since then, every single appointment has been amazing. They really understands Schnauzer grooming, and my dogs always come back looking exactly how I want them to. They smell incredible, their coats are soft, and the attention to detail is always there, They truly have a great touch. Just look at how much my dog’s coat has improved from his very first appointment to his most recent groom. His coat is healthier, fuller, and looks better every single visit. Max is naturally a little nervous aro

We have been taking our Sheepdogs (large and very hairy!) to Rob for more than 10 years. I actually drive from Boca Raton every Sunday to get our dog “Fluffed and Buffed” and she always looks great…and she loves going! I also use Rob for boarding our baby when we travel and he takes great care of her. The facility is clean and we love that it’s always a positive experience for the dog. Highly recommend!

I’m truly happy to have found Robert and his team. We moved from Coral Springs to Coconut Creek last November, and I really wanted to find a groomer close to home — not mobile, but nearby and convenient. I found SHAMPOODLES at Banyan Square Plaza, only about 4 minutes from my neighborhood, and I am so glad I did. SHAMPOODLES is owned by Robert, who is truly an incredible person. From the moment you call to make an appointment, you can feel his kind heart. He genuinely cares about your dog and also creates a friendly, welcoming relationship with the owners. You feel comfortable, valued, and happy to do business with such an amazing human being. Now let’s talk about the grooming services: my dog Chewie is a 6-year-old Goldendoodle, and he has never looked so perfect, cute, and fluffy. Every time we walk in, he shows no hesitation at all because I know he is treated well and feels safe there. One of the best services they offer is their monthly membership, which gives Chewie a bath every week. Because of that, he is always smelling good and looking his best. I truly cannot recommend SHAMPOODLES enough. We are so grateful we found Robert and his team!
