Great grooming place. Excellent customer service and most importantly, my pups love it there. I have a Shih Tzu that loves going there also a cane corso that only allows them to cut his nails. Overall great place well worth the money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing and concerning. We had an 8:00 AM appointment confirmed directly with the owner, but the groomers did not arrive until approximately 10:00 AM. We requested a simple trim and nail clipping for our puppy and were charged $145. After the service, we discovered that our puppy had a visible cut/irritation near her eye. We treated the area and contacted our veterinarian. We have included photos documenting what we found after the grooming appointment. When we contacted the owner about what happened, we were told he would speak with the groomers at the end of the workday. We were not offered a refund, compensation, or a meaningful apology. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when you entrust someone with your pet, you expect reasonable care and accountability. Based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable trusting this company with our pet again.

Called and spoke to the owner Dan who was really nice and professional. I was a little nervous because I’ve never used a grooming service before. Dan connected me with Rachel and they came to my home!!! I was amazed and how gentle they were with my nervous wiener dog. Rachel had a calming effect on my Charlie and I think he actually enjoyed his bath and grooming! Affordable pricing and professionalism!!! Will definitely be using them as my go to from now on! Thank you guys!!!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Ashley and her partner did such beautiful work and were so kind, gentle, and patient with my cavapoo. My dog was a mess honestly, he hadn’t been groomed in awhile and they took their time and worked out all his mats and he came out with a beautiful cut. I’m so grateful to have found a groomer I can trust. Highly recommend!!

Thank you so much, April and Hunter!! We initially wanted to get three dogs taken care of, but we added one more to the fun once April and Hunter arrived. They both took amazing care of the pups. Our pitty has anxiety but did absolutely amazing with our wonderful caretakers. Dan helped me set up the appointments and everything went smooth. I recommend you check out Shampoochi to get your babies groomed and to put your mind at ease. (I wanted to keep the black and tan dachshund’s hair long, he had his undercarriage taken care of, and received a hollow skirt cut to keep the long look.)
