If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Penny Lane came home looking and feeling like a brand-new pup at the ripe age of 13. After months of my less than professional “mom grooming,” she was definitely overdue for some expert TLC, and the transformation was incredible. Not only did Shampooches do an amazing job with her groom, but they were also so kind, patient, and loving with her. It’s obvious they genuinely care about every dog that walks through their doors, and that kind of compassion means everything to me. Penny Lane has been through extreme allergies and just year out with her brand new knee from TPLO surgery so finding a groomer with compassion and a true love for her craft is a breath of fresh air! Penny Lane left looking beautiful, smelling amazing, and wagging her tail the whole way home. We’re so grateful for the wonderful care she received and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for making our sweet girl feel so pampered!

We just found our new groomer! After seeing recommendations for Shampooches on Facebook, I decided to try them out. They did a great job with my morkie poo and even sent me a sweet photo of her afterwards. I also appreciate that Rebecca took the time to explain some things to me that I didn't know regarding my dog's nails. I highly recommend Shampooches for your grooming needs!

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this groomer. I brought my dog in expecting a routine groom, and instead she was shaved down extremely short — down to the skin in several areas — without properly explaining this beforehand. I was only sent a brief message during the grooming, but nothing that clearly stated her hair would be taken this short or that the cut would be this drastic. We were in the middle of taking Christmas family photos, and this completely changed her appearance. On top of that, my dog left with a noticeable nick/cut, which was not mentioned to me at pick-up. When I tried to discuss it, the owner was dismissive, defensive, and even implied I had neglected my dog, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. I brush my dog regularly and was never treated this way by any other groomer. I understand mats can happen with doodles, but communication, consent, and respect are basic expectations. Instead of taking responsibility for how the situation was handled, the owner put the blame entirely on me. I’m sharing my experience so other pet owners know what to expect before trusting this business with their dog.

We took our golden doodle to Shampooches for the first time - SO GLAD WE DID!! We were able to book appointment right away, communication was great, service was outstanding, and the cut on our golden doodle was EXACTLY what we asked for!! You won't regret taking your pup here - supreme!!!
