My mom took her pitbull, Luna, to this place. She asked for a bath and a nail trim and was charged $65. Seemed steep for those services but we proceeded. Luna’s head and whole face were shaved. Why would you do anything to a dog without permission from their owner??? They will not return phone calls or emails. They need to take accountability. Avoid this place or you and your pups will regret it! I would’ve given it zero stars, but that wasn’t an option.

My English Cream Golden Retriever loves Shampooch - from the time he was 4 months when she started coming here - he jumps with excitement and runs into the door and comes back out just as happy and clean. I am consistently satisfied with their services. I wouldn’t recommend any other pet spa. You are at the right place!

Newfypoo Grooming!! SHAMPOOCH did an amazing job with Stormi-Rae! Her grooming transformation was absolutely beautiful. She went in looking like my sweet fluffy baby and came out looking fresh, clean, stylish, and picture-perfect. Her coat looks so soft and well-shaped, and they really brought out her adorable face and personality. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and attention to detail they gave her. Stormi-Rae looks and feels wonderful, and I can tell she was handled with love. Thank you, SHAMPOOCH, for making my baby girl look like a star. We are so happy with the results and will definitely be back!

Miss Harley is never an easy job with her Samoyed fur. She has been going to shampooch ever since she was a little baby. They have always taken such amazing care of her. They never have shaved her down. She is always looking like a model and smells amazing. They are always gentle and kind with her. Very friendly staff that knows our family very well after all these years and remembers our names. They have taken care of my other dog, a lab husky, as well as our other family, dogs biscuit and Mojo, who were Shih Tzu and poodle mixes. All of our dogs have had amazing experiences. Even the older ones who have some skin issues. We ❤️ Shampooch! ( also, their prices are very good compared to other groomers we have tried in the area!!!!!)

I truly appreciate the grooming experience, flexibility, and kindness from Shampooch today. They took great care of my mom’s doodle, who hadn’t been groomed in 5 months due to my mom’s health challenges. I drove her almost 2 hours knowing she was heavily matted, and the team never judged only set realistic expectations, which I deeply value. Thank you again for your compassion and professionalism with Daisy.
