I highly recommend Serenity pet spaw! Lacey and the team are incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and truly treat every dog as if it were their own. Communication is excellent—they take the time to explain everything and keep you informed throughout the grooming process. The grooming itself is always top-notch, and I especially appreciate Lacey’s keen attention to detail. Lacey and team noticed a small minor injury on my dog that I hadn’t seen and made sure to let me know right away. It’s reassuring to know my dog is in such compassionate and capable hands. Thank you for always providing outstanding care! Gonzalo, Julie and Mia Luna

We had an amazing experience with Lacey from Serenity Dog Spaw, and I can’t recommend them enough! They did an incredible job grooming Toshi, our Shiba Inu, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They were fast to respond and were able to book us an appointment on short notice, which we really appreciated. The appointment reminders were clear and helpful, making everything easy and stress-free. They were understanding and kind even though we were 15 min late. When we arrived, the grooming space was clean, calm, and well-organized, and the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly gentle with Toshi. Toshi came out looking like a fluffy all-star ✨ They did an outstanding job with deshedding, which is no small task for a Shiba Inu, and they even added a festive, adorable bandanna that was such a sweet touch. You can tell they truly care about the dogs they work with. On top of the excellent service, their prices were very reasonable, and the grooming was completed quickly without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for high-quality, affordable dog grooming with kind and experienced groomers, Serenity Dog is absolutely the place to go. We’ll definitely be bac

Lacey did an amazing job with my boy! She asked questions, listened to me talk about him, gave him love and treats to make him feel safe, everything you’d want for your anxious pup! She was great with communication during the whole grooming process as well. His fur is so soft and the cut is so cute. Definitely coming back! I love the individual attention he got from Lacey from start to finish. Super great experience!

Lacey is an amazing groomer, she is so clearly very passionate about what she does and genuinely cares for animals that are left in her care for a groom. My dog always comes home smelling and looking fantastic. 100000% recommend bringing your pet here for grooming services!

Lacey is the absolute best! I was nervous bringing my puppy in for his first appointment, but she immediately put both of us at ease. She is incredibly kind and gentle, and it’s clear how much she truly cares for the dogs she works with. Every time I pick him up, he looks amazing - clean, happy, and perfectly groomed. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly, highly recommend! Thank you Lacey!
