About Serenity Pet Spa
Serenity Pet Spa is a pet groomer in Los Lunas, New Mexico. It is listed at 227 Santa Fe St, Los Lunas, NM 87031, which places it among the local businesses of Los Lunas that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Serenity Pet Spa has the best customer service and loyalty to their customers! Our dog is always excited for his spa day and he trusts his groomers! They definitely love their clients and take extra care to make sure all needs are met.

Tried contacting the pet spa over the weekend through messenger since that was the website it took me to, to schedule an appointment and left a message to see if there are any openings. I can see the message was viewed the very next day on messenger. It’s now Thursday the following week and still haven’t heard back. Not very professional at all. Even if you’re fully booked or whatever the case, you still contact potential customers, that’s just customer curtesy.

HORRENDOUS customer service. The owners mother works here and is unbelievable she is so rude. My father dropped off the dogs to be groomed and she was awful to him. Do not spend your money here. This woman should not be in customer service. It’s a shame to because the owner is nice and does such a good job. No one deserves to be treated so badly though! Especially an elderly gentleman.

First time taking my little sweetheart to this groomer. They did an excellent job with her, especially with her nail grind. It was obvious by her walk and disposition when she got home that she was very happy as well. Thank you guys. See you again soon!
