A nice Japanese feel and very serene. I’ve heard the massages are fantastic, but this time I just got the day pass and enjoyed the spa area downstairs, which in itself had quite a few amenities to experience-hot tubs, cold plunges, sauna, steam room. Easy to park right in front of the building with spots on the street. The girl I went with definitely took advantage of the moisturizers and other skin products they provided inside (I had to wait a while for her to actually come out after we finished in the spa).

A piece of heaven right in hilo. My go to self care spot. Great staff, hot tubs steam room, suanas and aloha everywhere you look. If you are not a member, get in there and change your life today. Cool live music events on weekends and a great scene all week long. Headed there now, see ya!! Lockers, showers and more...

Went for the Friday dance and spa. It was deeply therapeutic!! I especially loved the lilikoi infused alkaline water, and the steam room that smelled like eucalyptus. The facilities were impressively clean and felt luxurious. Myself and three (3) other people tore up the dance floor😂 Hopefully more people will come dance in the future but it was worth it just for the spa experience! The DJ was excellent

Wasn’t expecting to find a spa like this in Hilo. Club Sento feels more like a wellness hideaway than a traditional spa. Super clean, relaxed, and not touristy at all. If you’re searching for a spa in Hilo that’s focused on recovery and relaxation (hot + cold plunge, calm environment, good energy), this is the spot. Easy to spend a couple hours here and actually leave feeling reset. One of the better spa experiences in Hilo, especially if you’re local and want something consistent, modern, and chill.

Absolutely the best and only (for that matter) spa in Hilo. The hot tubs are so clean, the steam room and dry saunas are also clean and smell fresh at all times. The facility itself is super clean and the staff is more than accommodating. Expect the best from these people cause that's what they offer. Off street parking around back.
