Seaway Carwash and Detail Center

My friend and I were very dumb and tried to use the vacuums here to clean years of buildup out the hull of an old boat we were restoring. We clogged the vacuum immediately and Brad came over, unclogged it and loaned us a broom and a dust pan to sweep out the larger stuff so we could get it clean. He even gave us tokens to start the vacuum again so we didn’t need to pay twice! Very friendly and welcoming experience.

Went to the wash today and did self service because that’s how I used to wash my car before coming to burlington. First wash with the car i just bought and i found that the high pressure heavily chipped my paint all over the car and the car didnt even get a good clean. Hood, doors, and roof all chipped. Just to edit this since the reply: i have pictures of the car from 2 days before and none of the current marks show, i have been detailing and working on cars my whole life and know what rock damage chipping looks like, this is not that.

Wanted to vacuum my car, paid initially with $5 cash and got 15 minutes but needed more time so I used my card (expecting to be charged 2.00, as the sign said, assuming it would be less time ) and got charged $10 for 6 minutes. My friend used the car wash and the same issue happened where it said the wash was going to be $5 but he got charged $10 on his card.

Best drive-through carwash I've found in the Burlington area. They actually seem to care about getting your car clean, imagine that! Far better than a couple that are much closer to me.

Excellent service! Wheelchair user with no hand function, pulled up and called the desk. Someone came out immediately and helped assist with payment and made sure I was all set getting into the car wash. Definitely will be going back every time I need a car wash!
