I was very disappointed with the self wash. You don't get to use the blow dryer unless you buy their shampoo which they mix with water and you hardly get any soap. My dog didn't even smell fresh when we left and we are day three and she already smells like she never had a bath. I might as well have given her a bath at home, she would have smelled much better and would have gotten more than one soap wash. I thought this would be good because I had a knee replacement so I would not have to bend down in the shower but it looks like I will have to do it anyway because she is not clean.

Updating my review to 5 stars because the manager, Lindsay, was amazing. She texted me asking if she could personally redo my dog’s bath and brush. I reluctantly agreed, but she handled my dog so well. She understood the difference between a husky screaming and a dog actually being stressed out. She texted me throughout the bath to keep me updated and let me know my dog was doing fine. She was really sweet to my dog as well and said she’d be happy to take care of her again. I would absolutely go back to Lindsay anytime! Thank you Lindsay! We just got back from a long camping trip and our normal groomer was a few days out from appointments… my dog needed to be bathed sooner so I booked at scrubbers. I am 100% willing to accept my dog was being a little anxious. She’s not normally an anxious dog but recently slipped on some concrete flooring and has a bit of fear of concrete floors at the moment. I very much appreciate the man who picked her up to move her around. That was above and beyond and I was grateful. However, they called me after just about 20 minutes to say they had completed the bath but my dog wouldn’t let them blow dry her and she was barking in the crate so I needed to

Kaleigh has groomed our Bernese Mountain Dog, Olive, twice now, and she has done an incredible job both times! Anyone who has a Bernese knows they’re big dogs with a lot of hair, so grooming them is no easy task. Kaleigh is so thorough, patient, and talented. Olive always comes home looking absolutely beautiful, perfectly trimmed, and so well cared for. It’s clear that Kaleigh takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the dogs she grooms. I’m beyond happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy groomer. Thank you, Kaleigh, for making Olive look and feel her best!

I took my very recent rescue dog here today. I was a patron for many years with my senior dog who loved visiting. Jake my rescue was a little overwhelmed and reflecting back I should have given him another week to adjust. The staff was great and got him up for the nail trim and then into the tub as I got my coat off and apron on. They noticed some dry skin in his coat and recommended the oatmeal shampoo. Three days later his coat is shiney and mostly flake free.
