They provide everything you’ll need: table height stalls that save your back, stairs for older pets to get in/out, shampoo, conditioner, ear cleaner, high powered hair dryer, and fresh towels. It was only $35 before taxes and tip for both of our pups to get scrubbed up. Go check it out!

Scrub-A-Pup is absolutely TOP NOTCH! Sara and Todd are both incredible. While my dog is a more than a little resistant to baths, Sara does a fantastic job comforting him and giving him all the love during his grooming appointments he maybe doesn’t deserve while he’s crying in her face. When my dog managed to get super stinky from wild outdoor play in between grooming appointments, I brought him in for a self-service bath. It was spotlessly clean, had all the amenities one could want for a dog spa, and Todd went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our time there - even music! I cannot say enough great things about this business-11/10 recommend to all dog parents!

We were in Warwick this last week for the Newfoundland Club of America's Specialty dog show held at the Crowne Plaza and my pup NEEDED a bath with a capital Stink. He had been sick due to travel stress, and was one stinky puppy. He is also dog reactive but typically does well at the groomers. I wasn't able to get him in anywhere, so called Scrub A Pup to see if they were open and to confirm that they had self-wash stations. The gentleman that I talked to was kind and patient and pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate me at that time as they were upgrading their dryers but they would be able to open fully the next morning. I had plans to take my stinky pup in, but my other dog had plans to disable me during play time and I ended up in the ER and my stinky handful of a pup ended up going to friends for a few days until I could hobble along. By then, I couldn't handle him and my crutches while trying to bath him, so I had to resort to deodorizing spray and will get him in to his regular groomer as soon as we return home this week. The reason for the 5 star review is purely because of the kind phone call I had with them. Being from out of town and not knowing

What an awesome experience! My pup Farrah is deathly afraid of any groomers so I was a bit worried but Jess took the time and patience to make sure Farrah and I were comfortable. Jess did such a good job and Farrah looks and smells great! Her nails look amazing and she is so thankful for such an awesome experience. Thanks again. 10/10 highly recommended!

I had never brought my dog there before. The process to begin was fairly easy. Todd was the employee on at the time and he was very helpful and even got my dog out of the car for me. The wash was easily accessible for my dog, at first I thought the shampoo and conditioner was a bit thin (watered down) but I quickly realized a little bit goes a long way. The include complimentary ear wash was a great conclusion to the wash. After I hand dried him I brought him over to the blow dryer, which dried him very well and fast! It has now been 3 days since I bathed him and he still smells like the shampoo. His fur is soft and fluffy from the conditioner. In my opinion, the price for the self service is well worth it and there is no point and paying for a groomer unless you want the fur cut special.
