Scrub A Pup

Great self serve dog wash and has improved since opening! They put instructions above the tub now so you can pay correctly, but it can be a bit confusing lol. Overall, I really like it because of the hours, its never busy- great for my reactive dogs, I’ve gone 5+ times and have always been the only one in there, and they have shampoo, conditioner & dryer! Easy clean up, now they have a vending machine with snacks, cute space & cheap!

i would say this place is good if your dog only requires the basics aka does not get haircuts or deshedding baths. it was okay for the price point; however, they had nothing available. the only thing available was shampoo and cologne. also, the dryer absolutely didn’t dry my dog at all and it was on high for at least 14 minutes. this is good if your dog is low maintenance. i’d probably use again but i would bring my own towel, shampoo, conditioner, flea bath, and cologne. you’ll probably still need to dry your dog at home with a blow dryer. everything else like teeth and nails can be done before or after you come. don’t waste time doing it there.

I love this place! I would always go to Montrose beach just to bathe my dog at the self serve machines but no! This location is so useful and I live close by! They always provide some treats and have a vending machine, and there's shampoo, flea tick wash, conditioner, and dryer very neat! This place is a life savor I always take my dog here. Wash a pup is very useful and handy😊😊😊

So glad I read the reviews before I went. Bring your own towel to make drying go by faster. If you brush your dogs teeth do that at home or bring your stuff, same w clippers. Look at the products first so you know what you’re doing and for how long. Wish I would’ve seen the ear wipes but I didn’t until the end. Also if you use gloves take them. Everything else is there: apron, shampoo, conditioner, flea bath, cologne…it’s truly self serve, no attendants. But I was able to get in and out in 30 minutes and go on with the rest of my evening. Here are my before and after. My dog was covered in dirt from trying to dig a tunnel to kill a rat!

Place was clean and the steps to use the machine are pretty straightforward. They have a blow dryer but I’d recommend bringing a towel to make the drying process faster. Overall enjoyed the experience, for $20 I will definitely be back.
