"I'd like to offer an observation regarding my experience when calling to inquire about the academy. The person who answered the phone, while I understand they might be very busy, their tone came across as quite abrupt/cold/unwelcoming. As a potential client, it left me with the feeling that it would be difficult to communicate or that I wouldn't be well-received. I believe it's important that the initial phone impression reflects the quality and friendliness I would expect from a hair academy."

My first time at Scott Anthony’s Barber Academy in Pawtucket RI was a great experience. Mr. Anthony gave me A+ treatment and care. My haircut was superb. I highly recommend you getting a cut there and if you are interested or know someone who is interested in becoming a barber, Scott Anthony will equip them with the skills and talent to become an excellent barber.
