We signed up for services while I was recovering from a major surgery. After my first service day there were several piles of dog poop still left in my yard and I reached out asking them to pay closer attention to certain areas of my yard. Couple weeks later, still no improvement and over 10 piles of poop were still left in my yard after their “service”. Complained again to the owner and was assigned to a new scooper. The new scooper was better for a couple weeks. Then he didn’t show up and I didn’t receive an email about the scooper being out this week until the evening of the day we were supposed to get service. Owner said I would get service the next day. Same thing happened, no show and no email until the evening stating that the scooper couldn’t finish his route that day. This was Mother’s Day weekend when we had plans and were relying on someone to be there for service. Asked for an update on time, no response. Someone eventually showed up midday and there were still piles in the yard after. Emailed back and asked to cancel my service and be refunded since my services were rendered in full. No response from the owner still and it’s been several days. I’m disputing charges w
