Got my dogs nails trimmed for the first time professionally. Due to previous trauma my dog has experienced, he cannot be around other dogs and was extremely cautious about taking him. I called ahead to explain my situation and not only was I reassured but I was also provided information so I could make the best informed decision about coming. I ended up coming after confirming he would be the only dog in the building. I’m pretty sure from start to finish I was there for less than 10 minutes. Absolute weight lifted off my shoulders from this experience and couldn’t be more grateful. Happy dog, happy momma

Sydney and Micheal are great! They always leave our Ellie girl looking brand new and smelling fresh, and even send us picture updates via text of our girl during the process! 😂 We’ve recently moved a little farther but still choose to come here because their customer service is worth the drive. They’ve also updated their shop for any Pokémon lovers out there looking to buy or trade cards! Overall our experience with Scooby Do’s Pet Grooming has been great and we will continue to be returning customers 😁🫶🏼

This place is awesome! I’ve dropped off my golden retriever with some serious dirt and burrs and they clean her up so well. This is the only groomer we’ve been to that will cut her fringe short enough (she really likes rolling in weeds). Now that it’s getting warmer my dog was also shedding so much the floor is covered in one day. They blew out her undercoat so well she’s back to her wintertime shedding.

Everyone I’ve been to usually takes 3-5 hours to groom my dog, because of how much she dislikes her paws being touched and the blow dryer. (She has been getting grooms since 3 months old, but one bad groom experience and it’s been like that ever since.) I had an appointment elsewhere for today, but they canceled last minute due to their groomer getting food poisoning(no fault to them), but I’m so happy they canceled. I called scooby do, and they took me in with short noticed, gave my dog the groom and cut I asked for and it took jright around 2 hours! They took their time with her and understood the fact she didn’t do well with the blow dryer and put her at ease. They definitely got my business!

We took our 5‑month‑old PomPooKie to Scooby Do’s for her very first full grooming, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We booked with Sydney, and she was absolutely wonderful with our little girl. From the moment we walked in, Sydney was gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with young puppies. She took her time letting our pup get comfortable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making the experience positive and stress‑free. The grooming itself turned out beautifully — clean, soft, and perfectly shaped without overdoing anything on a puppy’s first visit. Our girl came out happy, calm, and looking adorable. We’re so grateful for the care Sydney showed and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Scooby Do’s, especially if you have a young or sensitive pup.
