About Scissors N Suds
Located at 630 Atlantic Ave Ste B, Collingswood, NJ 08108, Scissors N Suds operates as a pet groomer serving Collingswood in New Jersey. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–4 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Scissors N Suds at (856) 858-6262; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.
Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 82 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in Collingswood.

Can’t say enough positive things about Scissors N Suds! Natalie was great. For our dog’s first time getting groomed she was accommodating and took time to get Macaroni comfortable. We will be back!

I have a three year-old King Charles Cavalier. In the spring, I decided to trim him because of the oak tree string pollen was getting knotted in his fur. What a hot mess. I took him to scissors and studs to get him even out. Great customer service… They pick up the phone instead of letting it go to voicemail. They were very kind and polite. The price was $90 plus tax. Expensive but everything is nowadays. But she did a beautiful job even out his coat and making him look like a normal dog. Now the neighborhood dog won’t laugh at him anymore. Highly recommend

We’ve always had top notch service at Scissors N Suds! Recently they went above and beyond when our poor girl Pepper took a direct hit to the face by a skunk! We were mortified and had no options of treating her outside since temps were below freezing. They took her early that morning shortly after opening on a busy day and restored her dignity and our sanity. We will always be grateful for their stellar services here in town!

I cannot recommend Scissors N Suds enough. Natalie is incredible and our two dogs came out glowing! We were very nervous because we had never been to a groomer before, but Natalie outdid herself! We have one anxious little guy and even he liked the experience. Well worth your time to support a local business.

Came from Philly after our regular place closed unexpectedly. They were recommended from multiple folks. Couldn't be more happy, we have a Great Pyrenees which cannot be shaved and takes a VERY knowledgeable groomer. We have had less than pleasant experiences in the city (he vomited at one place, left another with wet pantaloons)-- So glad we waited to get on the schedule for this place 🙌🏽🙌🏽💗💗 also kid listen and follow whatever frequency they suggest, they mean it! It's just going to cost you more money and health issues if you try to delay, that lesson I learned in our first year of ownership! Our pup was sleeping when we arrived and happy and not terrified-- they're clearly gentle, patient and great with pups! Highly recommend but give them 2-3 months to get you on the calendar that's just how it is right now #worthwaiting 🤷♀️
