BEWARE!!! This place is TERRIBLE and I would give them negative five stars if I could.. NOT ONLY DID THEY CUT MY DOG TWICE IN THE PRIVATE AREA they gave my Yorkie a terrible haircut that was choppy and uneven plus left with half uncut nails. My Yorkie has plenty of grooming experience and has never been afraid of being touched after. He is terrified and shaky even if I reach to pick up a brush. I don't know what they did to him. BEWARE THEY MAKE YOU PAY BEFORE SEEING THE HAIRCUT THEY GIVE YOUR PUP. Apparently they dont know how to do refunds without the owner who lives in Florida. I have requested a refund on just the haircut and they can't even do that. I have been waiting for a week now. Only go here if you want an over priced terrible uneven haircut with no chance of a refund...read the other negative reviews especially on yelp. I wish I did. EDITED: They did one thing right which is give us our refund.They get an extra star for that. Thank you.

I picked up my german shepherd from his basic hygiene, blow out and shedding treatment and the shedding treatment and blow out were incomplete due to the inexperience and size of the in training groomer. The groomer was so petite that she couldn’t work my GSD. I was charged before they brought him out to see the work that the “new groomer” had done. Immediately i was pulling chunks of fur from him and he was wet. I asked if he was if the services were complete and the worker said “they should have been”. I pointed out his tuffs of i was pulling out and the manager started saying that dogs sometimes don’t cooperate when changes in their environment happen, like fireworks or construction. So i asked if he was misbehaving and she said he was whining and pacing in the bathtub and the new girl could not handle him being she is petite. Because 2 out of the three services were not complete I asked for a partial refund and she couldn’t not preform a refund for me because she didn’t know how… and she was the manager. So I asked for the contact of the owner and she also could not provide that to me at this time. She said all she could do was put a note in my account and give me a small disc

They are very friendly and quick. They were able to tame most of my Husky's fur lol and offered to brush her again tomorrow to get more. Only 1 wish... keep the Husky under the fan longer 😀

I LOVED this place! Very nice looking from the inside and outside. First time going, and I am super impressed. I spoke with Jason for my first experience there, and he was fantastic! So informative on their process, plans they offer, prices, deals, length of visit, and answered all my many questions. He was so kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable. Raven groomed BOTH my huskies and made them look so beautiful! She came out after the appointment and updated me on how they did, how they handled the grooming process, and any problems. I also love their S.C.E.N.T report cards they do for your pets. I am definitely returning here wi the my pups! ❤️
