I’ve had such a great experience with Scenthound! It’s an excellent value and makes keeping your dog clean and well-groomed so easy and affordable on a monthly basis. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and wonderful with the dogs. They truly seem to care and make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Scenthound—great service, great people, and a great deal!

These folks are the kindest people! My basset is very anxious when he’s not in his own place. He also passionately despises his nails being trimmed. Their skilled groomers have so much patience when caring for Gus. It’s taken a few months of consistent visits but he finally allows all of his nails to be trimmed. When we tried at home we could never get one or two at a go. His coat also looks healthier with frequent grooming. I highly recommend Scenthound! It’s just the right amount of time to grab a coffee at Safeway and get some grocery shopping done.

had such a wonderful experience bringing my Bernedoodle, Bear, here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely heard. A special thank you to Carlen, the front manager, for being so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I was also incredibly impressed when Steve, the owner, personally called me the next day to make sure everything went well and that I was happy with Bear's grooming. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it really shows how much they care about both their clients and their dogs. Bear looked absolutely adorable, the grooming was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I also loved that they offer a membership program. It was one of the best membership values I've come across, and it made so much sense that I signed up on the spot. Most importantly, I knew Bear was in caring, capable hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional grooming and outstanding customer service. Thank you again for taking such great care of Bear!

The groomer found an abnormal problematic toe nail that I (a DVM!) haven’t noticed.! I immediately took him to our clinic and removed that nail, and submitted it for bopsy. We were leaving for KS in 3 days for two months. I wouldn’t have been able to operate on him myself until late September. By then, the (supposed) cancer would have spread, maybe even up to bones closer to his metacarpals. This might have ended up as an amputation of the leg. So KUDOS TO SCENTHOUND!

Staff was lovely and didnt mind taking a few minutes for the daschund to get comfortable before I left. Took about an hour and a half for both, it was my border collies first time getting groomed. They both smelled so good and were so happy when I got them. Border collie has sensitive skin so they used the oatmeal shampoo and he wasnt itching at all. They even managed to brush the small ones teeth and he is most certainly a fighter. It also came with a report on their weight (laughed when they explained the border collie was, "well fed") and general health Good price, great staff, will be back for the next time they need it!
