I will never use Blakeslee car wash ever again. When one titles something "The Works" regardless of what's written in the fine print which is easy for anyone to miss....the customer expects for $14 the soap, the spinning brushes, the rinse off, etc ...."The Works"! If it's a "Touch Free" wash then it should be titled in normal size lettering for people to clearly read that it's a touch free soap and water only wash which should only cost at most $8 not $14. "Touch Free is NOT the works. I did call for assistance but that was a waste of time as well. I've been in customer service and management for over 25 years, and honestly I give this car wash and it's management two thumbs down.

My husband takes his truck and my SUV here for the automatic car wash. He loves it ! Although he forgets to remove my magnets from the SUV and has lost many of them because of it. So I keep buying more. Life is Good and a Harley magnet. Just this past weekend he again lost them. So for the hell of it I called and spoke to Keith and asked him if he may have found them. He called me right back and said he would check. Lo and behold. He found my Life is Good magnet and saved it for me. Great customer service. Now to just remind my husband to take them off before going through again.

Clean car wash. The auto wash is excellent and my truck that doesnt fit in the bays they have a convenient outdoor bay. And the manager/owner is on top of things.

Easily the most convenient, affordable, and great touchless car wash in the area! Within 10 minutes my car was looking shiny. Would recommend bringing a drying towel to quickly run over the little water left after blow dryer.
