Salem Car and Pet Wash

The $2 price and the dryer were great, and it was a convenient way to blow out my German Shepherd’s coat. My only complaint is that the building got extremely hot inside during the summer. Even a fan or a small AC unit would make a huge difference for both dogs and owners.

I am giving this place a three star because my first experience there was awesome. Warm water, all of the shampoos and cleaning products were available. Sooooo I went back. Not a single option available for shampoo, conditioner, deodorizer, not one! The place was a mess, with long dog hair everywhere. I am assuming that the prior customer was frustrated with the no product situation and left the place a mess. Also (my mistake) did not read that when paying with cash the machine does not give change. Resulting in me paying $20 for a long dog RINSE!

Absolutely TERRIBLE dog wash. Take the extra drive and use the one in Mapleton, I have never had an issue there. The water was ICE COLD on a Thursday night at 7:30pm, there is no reason it should be out of hot water at a non busy time (if at all). My poor dog already had soap on him so I had to rinse him with the freezing water and he was just cowering and trying to escape, I felt so bad. Then out of the blue the water got hot again, however, just enough time for him to warm up then it turned ice cold yet again, just insult to injury to my old man. I am extremely disappointed, was trying this one out cause its closer to my house but will always go to the one in Mapleton from now on, as its cheaper and have never run out of hot water, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Also it randomly will shut the water off and turn on the blow dryer, so annoying.

I got the $10 wash and the machine would only take cash. My SUV didn’t look any better. There was still dirt on it. Now I will have to go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend the automatic car wash. I was hoping to take photos of it clean so I could sell it. Disappointed! I did give 2 stars because the dog wash room looked easy to use.

Whether it's recreational or for cleaning purposes, this is the place to go! I regularly travel 20+ miles from my home just for this. It's an all-round fantastic experience, from the rainbow led lights to the rainbow foamy soap! I've spent many store trips trying to find a similar sent. You can not beat the laser wash 360's scent. I do, however, have a couple of concerns. The white light at the top can be quite jarring at night and take away from the emersive led light experience. I would directly give the owners $20 to change this. My other two issues have only happened on occasion, but I feel they are worth noting. A bug fell on the windshield and suffered a grousum sopy end. It made me feel bad. Another time, the speaker made Spooky sounds, but this has since been fixed. In conclusion I would, and have, reccomended this carwash to people as far as ogden and I suggest you should too.
