I brought my long-haired cat here for a lion-cut and was so pleased with the service we received. The groomer Paige was lovely, asked thorough questions upon intake, and had a kind and gentle disposition with my cat. The appointment took about an hour and while it was a bit more expensive than a previous pet salon I'd been to for a lion-cut, it was absolutely worth it because Paige also bathed and trimmed her nails; as a solo pet parent I appreciated the help so much. I'll definitely be booking future grooming appointments through Saint Julian's Cat Care.

NEVER AGAIN! Last month, I took my cat to St. Julian's (we are regulars) for a nail trim. I couldn't get into my garage for my carrier, so I took him wrapped in a towel. No issues, they took him in, trimmed his nails, returned him to me with a carrier, I paid the $29, and was on my way. Still not able to get into my garage, I took him in again today wrapped in a towel. When the nail tech brought him back out, he was in a cardboard box carrier. I went to pay was told I needed to pay $16 for the carrier. I told the woman at the front desk (who was beyond rude and condescending) that I did not ask for the carrier. We went back and forth, but essentially, she insisted that I was told about the requirement to have a carrier at the last appointment. I was not told, and I was not given or charged for a carrier. This time around, the woman at the front desk told me it was not negotiable and I would not be allowed to take my cat out of their clinic without a carrier. I reminded her that I was not informed of the requirement at my last appointment and again, I would have borrowed a carrier for today's appointment if I knew it was mandatory, and again, would not be paying the $16. She accused

I was so happy with the care I received from St. Julians. I have a very highly anxious cat and every time I took her to the vets it was always a traumatic time for our cat, Boo and us.I was so lucky to find St. Julians. Paige is an excellent groomer. So nice and thoughtful. I felt our cat was in good hands. It was so great because Boo would never let us get near her to give her a bath. Boo was sedated because she is so highly anxious. She is so clean now and her fur is so soft. They did a great job on her nails.

I went as an emotional support friend bc she was afraid her cat had to be put down. I was impressed with my experience. Fast, professional, and kind. They care about your cat. As soon as we walked in the room, the vet assistant made sure to ask all the right questions. The front desk vet assistant was quick to get our records, and the Vet made simba all better, all for a reasonable price. . Thank you!

I highly recommend St Julian for cat grooming with Paige! We had our long hair (fussy) maincoon cat groomed today and thought he would need to be sedated - but Paige has amazing ‘cat calming’ skills and groomed him without needing sedation. The clinic staff are kind, professional and welcoming, we will be back for certain, even Harry our cat agrees!
