Horrible. The pool, the instruction and their billing practices. The pool was so overly chlorinated that my children broke out in rashes and complained that it hurt when they peed. These symptoms cleared up in between lessons and was confirmed by our pediatrician. We also saw no progress in our children’s skills after months of lessons. We had arbitrary “tokens” for classes they would cancel when they didn’t have instructors and you could never apply these tokens to your actual payments. So we were repeatedly paying for classes that we never had happen. They require a 30 day notice to cancel and are keeping our money for an entire month despite our refusal to come back to the pool that is causing medical harm to our children. Worst experience we’ve had with any swim school.

I appreciate that the manager has been very helpful and responsive when I shared my concerns, and I am hopeful we will see some improvements. However, as a parent, progress still feels slower than expected. A lot of class time seems to be spent on high fives, checking the clock, and transitions rather than focused instruction. I understand that swimming takes time and practice, but even a few minutes of dedicated coaching for each student during every class could make a significant difference. I actually had the same concern years ago when my older child attended SafeSplash, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. I would love to see a clearer lesson plan, more focused instruction, and better communication about goals and progress from class to class.

The coach is very patient and professional, and the protective measures are great. The customer service is very patient in helping to solve all the problems after the customer, and will test the safety of the water at any time. If it is not qualified, the class will be suspended and notified. It has its own app, which is very convenient.

My kids have had an amazing experience since this summer at the Redmond location. Monique leads with patience and genuine care, taking the time to understand each child’s needs. Instructors Parmin, Omran, and Luke have all been wonderful, supportive, and engaging. Highly recommend this team!

Best swim school for my both kids that came in at different proficiency levels. Awesome instructors and coaches are trained very well in what they do. They are always so flexible to adjust class timing according to rules and helped me put both siblings in back to back classes so that I can avoid multiple trips to class. Mason is a great teacher and very family friendly person who understands all the needs.My 9 year old already went from beginner to intermediate in the matter of 3 months and soon to be advanced. My younger 5 years old who was not comfortable with water to begin with and no previous experience is advancing well. I would recommend this school as the best one in Redmond area amongst all the ones we tried so far!!!
