The staff at Ruffgers are beyond amazing! They love my dogs like they are their own! I love giving good reviews, but I almost don’t want to because I don’t want people to go there! Because I truly count on them and trust them with my dogs

Our lab goes to Ruffgers for daycare & boarding. She’s tail wagging eager the minute she arrives! The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. They will come to know your dog rather quickly & show their affection freely. ( I love this about Ruffgers!) When Sugar first came to us I brought her to Ruffgers for training in the Pet Manners class. Good news, we both learned & came away trained in the basics. From that point Sugar has progressed to be a very well mannered lady. The training methods worked well.

Lottie absolutely LOVES going to Ruffgers. The minute we walk in she makes a beeline for the back...eager to see her favorite human and dog friends. And while she's happy to see me when I pick her up, I always have the feeling she's thinking: "really...so soon...you can't give me another hour...or two!" I'm grateful to have Ruffgers as a safe and fun place for Lottie.

We had the unfortunate experience of boarding our dog at Ruffgers Naples. We left our dog at the facility and about thirty minutes later we received a call from Dora, the assistant manager, that they had separated our dog from the group of dogs because he was an aggressive dog that had humped another dog and almost bit another dog. We were surprised with the assessment and the call because our dog is a playful and happy golden retriever that has never hurt another dog. He may have been agitated because he is very close to us and we left him at the facility, he may have been experiencing separation anxiety. The staff should have helped him get adjusted to the new environment and showed some empathy. Our dog had stayed in the facility three other occasions, two for boarding and one for daycare and had been evaluated twice prior to those stays. In all cases, the staff told us that our dog had behaved very well. On the last visit, they told us that our dog had been bothered by another dog so they separated the dogs and everything went well afterwards. Because the assessment of our dog did not make any sense and I was concerned , I called that night to the facility and I was told

I have been bringing my dog Belle to Ruffgers Naples for the past two months, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I booked for our first daycare visit, the entire experience has been smooth, welcoming, and professional. The team is absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. The training sessions have truly strengthened the bond between me and Belle. It is truly a peace of mind when I have to go out of town I know Belle is in great hands. A truly outstanding team - thank you
