My experience at this salon was honestly quite odd, starting with the booking process. I scheduled my appointment more than a week in advance and confirmed via text, only to be asked the day before if I could change the time or come on a completely different date. Thankfully, I was able to keep my original appointment. At drop-off, I asked about the membership advertised in the salon. I was told there was a complimentary service to assess a dog’s behavior before qualifying, and that I could explore the membership after paying for my first grooming. That sounded great. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. I was especially excited about this location because they advertised seating where owners could stay during grooming, but I was essentially rushed out. When I returned, my dog looked the same aside from a bow tie, and I was told his fur wasn’t ideal to cut during the summer. I understand that there may be professional reasons for this, but that would have been helpful to know before paying $130 for the service. The final disappointment came when I was told that although my 12-pound Chihuahua behaved well with the groomer, he would need to be seen by all of the

We've brought our cavapoo Luna here twice so far and each time her haircut has been gorgeous! I love the fact that we have the option to stay and sit up front and watch as she gets groomed, and they give our baby treats, bows, and even give us coffee or something else to drink! They're very professional and trustworthy. It's a bit pricey but worth paying for top service.

Can not recommend Ruff to Fluff enough!!! They are all so sweet and caring, and do an amazing job grooming. Love that you can wait there or drop off. Freddy always loves coming to see them and leaves smelling amazing!

Best dog groomers and most friendliest staff. Open concept and you can stay and wait. I bring my pittie and chihuahua there together once a month. Love Nikki the owner and Carol our groomer!! Their staff is also amazing and friendly! Highly highly recommended!!! And they also have a location in Montclair

I highly recommend Ruff to Fluff for grooming! I have a two year old German Shepherd dog mix who is energetic and the staff there, especially Nikki, is always so patient with him. Our pup seems to enjoy his bath for once and he comes back to us smelling amazing, super fluffy, and with a cute bow tie every time. I’ve been doing the monthly bath club for a few months now and I think it’s an incredible value. They really do a great job raking out his under coat which helps with shedding around the house. Overall, I highly recommend the amazing team at Ruff to Fluff!
