Great washroom! I went after the dog beach and it was great. I really liked how their hoses change from water to shampoo to conditioner. So much easier than using bottles. I mentioned how my pup and I stepped on tar and the person who helped gave me great advice. They said to use some sort of oil: coconut oil, etc. I looked it up and sure enough it said to use an oil based product. 10/10! Thank you! It also worked on my foot! I will be coming back.

Ruff Haus Grooming is THE BEST! The best grooming spot in all of Orange County. Like most dog owners, we used to go to the local groomer down the street and after a few experiences, we'd go looking for another one. Then go look for another one. Then go back to the first one. And alternate between the 4 nearest depending on our schedule and how they were doing and etc. After explaining my frustration to my fellow dog owner friends, we were highly recommended to check out Ruff Haus Grooming and we are so glad we did because we finally found a grooming home for our little fur baby! From the minute our fur baby arrived, the owners were so very nice, warm, and patient. Our baby is not the most "friendly dog" especially to strangers especially when he knows we are at the Vet or at a groomer but Ruff Haus Grooming team was so loving, he eventually let his guard down. The best part? It's like that TV show Cheers! They remember us, remember our baby, and remember how we like his cut, and etc. America was built on hard working small family businesses like this and I'm so very happy for them. He was groomed so well my wife asked the groomer if he could cut my hair LOL! I usually

So I’ve actually going to this location for my dog’s grooming for years!! However, after my recent visit I notice my dog isn’t able to fold one of her ears for some reason so I called them and talked to whom I believe is the owner, Kevin! First off, let me tell you he’s super rude to customers but his actually grooming service is good, well up until this last time I too Lucy for a full groom service! I asked him what was done to the ears and at first he seemed quite defensive as he always is and then he said they just do the routine cleaning and also mentioned that sometimes due to the weight of the hair on the dog’s ears, after a haircut the ear could stay up like this due to some tension or something which honestly to me seemed bs and a made up thing as if that was really the case then I would assume both ears should be the same not only one of them!! I’ve gone to this location multiple times and had never experienced such a thing after Lucy’s grooming visit to Ruff Haus, but see for yourself in the attached image!! I’ve taken her to the vet but it doesn’t seem like the vet could figure out what was wrong or possible misunderstood me, so I would have SPEND more money and take her

Kevin. Is. The. BEST! We love him and the Ruff Haus staff. They are no frills, all business, so professional, and always courteous. Our 4yo Salsa is not the easiest with his curly terrier/doodle/mutt hair, but these folks work their magic every time. Highly recommend you try them out for the best "pup cut" in Orange County. Also, the bad reviews are from people having bad days, not Kevin. He's a gem, and we love him! Please give them a try, and you won't be disappointed!

Had the absolutely best experience! We took our two bulldogs for a self wash. Super easy and they provided everything you need. We brought a special shampoo for our frenchie but our English was able to use the house shampoo and conditioner. They have deshedding tools, qtips and doggie spritz! It was so cute when we checked out they have the dogs a holiday gift! We loved it so much that we tried their daycare service and my dog had a blast. They even sent us pics of him enjoying a frenchie day! They even cut his nails. I would highly recommend.
