I love ruff cuts everyone is so nice. they use top quality products on your pet! Benny smells so good and feels super soft! He can be grumpy about his leg when it comes to grooming. Kristy is the best groomer I ever met she does an amazing job.

We've been taking our two Standard Poodles to Ruff Cuts for over three years now, and despite the 30-minute drive from our house, it is absolutely worth it every single time. Liz, the owner, is a true dog person at heart, and it shows in everything her shop does. Every time we pull up, you'd think my boys had just won the lottery. They are so excited to be there, see the staff, and get their haircuts. And somehow, the team manages to bathe and groom both 70-pound dogs in under three hours. Miracle workers, truly. What makes it even more impressive - my dogs can be a little rambunctious in public and around new people, but the staff handles them like absolute pros every time. I also love walking in for drop-off or pickup and seeing all the other furry friends up on the tables getting pampered too. It's the best kind of waiting room. If you're looking for a groomer who genuinely loves your dog as much as you do, this is the place. Five stars, ten out of ten, would recommend to anyone.

We have been taking our dog to Ruff Cuts for many years now, but somehow I never got around to leaving a review. We really cannot recommend them enough! They treat our dog so kindly and she always comes back looking her best. They provide such a great service and I recommend them to as many people as I can. We are so thankful to have fantastic groomers local, and look forward to many more visits for our dog!

I cannot say enough great things about Ruff Cuts. From the moment I made the appointment, I felt completely at ease. Even over the phone, the receptionist Brittany gave off the warmest, kindest vibe. She was incredibly accommodating, so sweet, and even managed to squeeze Teddy in the day before I took him. When we arrived, I explained that Teddy can get very anxious during grooming—he’s been known to get a little spicy and even aggressive at times—and this has made grooming a challenge at other places. The moment Celine, the groomer, came into the lobby and greeted us, I knew he was in the right hands. She was genuinely loving, gentle, and clearly passionate about animals and what she does. Unlike other places I’ve been, she didn’t give off the “just doing a job” vibe at all. She truly cares. When I picked Teddy up, it was honestly the cutest he has ever looked after a groom. Celine told me he definitely had his feisty moments, but that they would still love to accept him as a new client—which was such a relief after previous groomers had turned him away. They not only gave him a thorough bath and a perfect groom, but they handled his personality with patience and grace. That alo

I'm from VA and am visiting my daughter and grandchildren this week. I wasn't sure if I could find a groomer on such short notice. Ruff Cuts called to let me know there had been a cancellation, so I jumped on the chance. The owner, Liz, couldn't have been nicer! She was very down-to-earth and understanding. My puppy, Leo was a wiggly bundle of happiness as I left. Puppies know... Rebecca was so good with him, as he is “still learning the ropes” of grooming. And now, he is so handsome! Great experience!! Next time I'm in town, I will definitely look up this Salon!!
