We’re giving 1 star, and I genuinely wish our experience had been different because we absolutely love Aaron. He is beyond kind, patient, and loving with our 10 month old puppy, and we have always appreciated the care and compassion he shows him. Unfortunately, our experiences with the woman at the front desk have now made us uncomfortable returning. We are extremely attentive about picking our puppy up as soon as he is finished because we know he does not do well being forced into a crate, and we have made the staff aware of this. We live less than five minutes away and come to pick him up as soon as we receive the text that he is finished. Aaron has always been incredibly understanding and sweet about this. The last two times, however, the woman at the front, who, based on other reviews, I believe may be April, has been incredibly rude and blunt. Today, my husband walked in to pick up our puppy, and before even saying hello, she told him that we should sedate our dog because of how upset he gets in the crate. That was literally the greeting. No hello, no kindness, and no attempt to have a respectful or productive conversation about the situation. Considering we specifically mak

Took Brixi in for a bath service and they did excellent over there! She smelled amazing and her fur was so soft.even painted her nails and threw in a bandana. Amazing price for the value you get. The employees stayed in contact through the whole session Excellent service! Definitely recommend bringing in your pet if you want the best results in.

I had a great experience at Royalty Pet Spa! The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cares about the pets they work with. Jeannel was my groomer and my dog came back looking clean, well-groomed, and happy. The place was also very clean and organized, which gave me peace of mind. Pricing felt fair for the quality of service. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pet groomer!

I have to say that bringing my 4 month old Shih Tzu, Cleo, to Aaron at Royalty Pet Spa was the best decision I could have made for her. Aaron is absolutely the most talented Shih Tzu groomer I have ever found. Cleo was so happy too. Aaron is so kind and loving to my puppy. I highly recommend him and Royalty Pet Spa to anyone.

I am so glad I found April at Royalty Pet Spa. My pup has separation anxiety and is usually really nervous to be at the groomers, but April has been patient with her and Elvira has started getting better at her drop offs. I am always soo happy to see how cute she looks with her haircut when I pick her up, usually she’s wearing a really cute holiday/season themed bandana around her neck too. It’s adorable! I live across town, but the drive is worth it to get Elvira groomed by April. Thank you April for being patient with our little Elvira and taking such good care of her!
