Moved to the area recently, and finding the right groomer for our little Shih Tzu, Zero, was a really stressful search. Other groomers have often told us how tricky it is to groom his face correctly, and we’d struggled to find someone who could do it without him being difficult. We decided to try Royal Pet Grooming for a full service groom and were lucky enough to meet Sammie. When I dropped him off, I made a point of being specific: Zero is an incredibly sweet pup, but his face is his sensitive spot, and other groomers had struggled. When my husband brought him home later, I was absolutely stunned. I took one look at Zero and actually gasped! He didn't just look good, he looked perfect. Words don't do it justice (I’m attaching photos so you can see). His face was cut flawlessly, symmetrical, clean around his eyes, and with that precise, rounded teddy bear look that is so hard to achieve. Sammie clearly has patience, a gentle hand, and immense skill. As someone who writes a lot of detailed reviews, I know a good groomer is a rare find. Our search is officially over. We will be back to see Sammie at Royal Pet Grooming for every groom. Highly recommend! 🥰

Finding a groomer you trust with your dog is no small thing, so when we moved to the Valley last year, we were nervous about finding someone new for our mini Goldendoodle, Penny. Little did we know we’d end up finding the best groomer we’ve ever had. Anna is truly one of a kind. Every time we gave her notes about Penny’s haircut, she executed them perfectly. Penny always came home looking adorable, but even more importantly, she genuinely loved going to see Anna. The second she saw her, she’d greet her with hugs and kisses, and as dog parents, that told us everything we needed to know. Anna is incredibly gentle, patient, and kind, and it is so obvious how much she genuinely loves the dogs she cares for. The entire staff at Royal Pet Grooming deserves recognition as well. Every phone call was answered with a warm, friendly voice, and every visit made us feel welcomed. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about both the pets and their people. One moment that really stood out happened just this week. Penny developed a red rash on her inner thighs, and we were debating taking her to the vet. Anna recommended a product to my husband, and after using it just once, we woke up the

We’ve been taking our dog to this grooming salon for almost a year now. The quality is always top-notch! Our dog always comes out looking like a million bucks. Special thanks to the groomer Anya — she does an absolutely fantastic job. Her work is impeccable, she has a very gentle approach, and our dog is always calm and happy there. Highly recommend!

My first impression of the grooming salon was good: the receptionist was very welcoming, and the groomer herself was pleasant, informative, and helpful. This was our second visit, but unfortunately this time I was very disappointed with the result. After getting home and taking a closer look at my dog, it felt like the job was done poorly. The ears were still dirty (I will attach photos), and there were still mats left in the fur, even though we paid for the full grooming package. For $75 plus tip, I expected a truly quality grooming service, not an unfinished job.

After the terrible experience we had with Melody’s previous groomer, finding Royal Pet Grooming was honestly a huge relief. The difference in Melody’s behavior alone told us everything we needed to know. At the old place, she would panic the moment we got there. She would claw, resist, and give those heartbreaking “please don’t leave me here” looks. When we came to pick her up, she would practically fly across the room and jump into our arms like she was desperate to get out. It was obvious she was having a bad experience there, and we simply could not keep taking her somewhere that caused her that much fear and distress. Royal Pet Grooming has been the complete opposite. By the second time we took Melody there, she was actually excited to go in. She wanted to be there, wanted to be around the other dogs, and seemed happy to see her groomer. That genuinely shocked me, because Melody usually hates the hairdryer, hates grooming, and has very little patience for all the trimming and fluffy beauty treatment. Seeing her willingly go in and actually seem comfortable was the clearest proof possible that they are treating her with kindness, patience, and respect. The groomers here are wond
