About Rover Pet Salon

Located at 6675 -115 Falls of Neuse Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615, Rover Pet Salon operates as a pet groomer serving Raleigh in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–5 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (919) 713-4343. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Its Google rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 46 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Raleigh is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Logan did a fantastic job with our wire fox terrier Jackie. It’s a complicated cut. She also suggested we immediately take our dog to the vet because she could tell that it was likely she had a double ear infection. We immediately took her to the vet and yup she had a double ear infection. Thank you for looking out for our little baby Jackie. Logan we look forward to our next cut in February!

After 15+ years of supporting Rover Pet Salon we found ourselves needing to make a change as Karen's attitude regarding a missed appointment was more than I could take! When she sent a text to press C to confirm I missed the text and apologized a few days later; however, not acceptable to Karen...she speaks condescendingly and a professionally courtesy would have gone a long way! She indicated I would pay her for the visit missed and really a first time with such loyalty I felt violated and her response so rude......very disappointed!

This place has been a lifesaver! We adopted this doodle at 5 years old. Coming from a very unstable environment, Baymax has a lot of anxiety. This place has treated him with kindness and respect. The owner is amazing to talk with. We have been going here for almost 2 years now, and I am so grateful to have a place where I know my boy is well taken care of. He always looks so handsome. They are well priced, and we are very happy customers. Thank you, Karen, for loving on our big boy!

Karen is always great with the dogs. The haircuts come out perfect. I even call her for occasional grooming advice. She always gets to know your dog which makes her scheduling alot easier. In return waiting for an appointment is much shorter with her than when I've called huge places Make sure you can drop them off between 8 and 9 am. and have them picked up mid-day. I've worked where people being late has thrown off my whole day. This of course makes the people on time rightfully upset.

Daisy is usually nervous around people she doesn’t know, but she seems to really like Karen. She went for a grooming today, third one at Rover Pet Salon, and waltzed right up to the front door happy as a clam. After nine years of groomer hopping, we have finally found our groomer. Karen is the best! Updating this review, Karen continues to provide incredible service. This is the best pet salon!
