We had such a wonderful experience boarding our sweet little girl for 8 days at Rocky Top Pet Resort. From start to finish, Robert and his entire staff were absolutely amazing. They took such loving care of Maggie, giving her plenty of attention, cuddles, and affection, which meant the world to us. We especially appreciated the regular photo updates they sent, it was so comforting to see her happy and well cared for while we were away. One of our favorite features was the webcam in her suite. Being able to check in on her anytime gave us incredible peace of mind and made the time apart so much easier. Anytime we called to check on her, the staff was always kind, responsive, and happy to give us updates. You can truly tell they care deeply about the animals they look after. We are so grateful to Robert and his team for treating Maggie like family. We wouldn’t hesitate to bring her back again and highly recommend Rocky Top Pet Resort to anyone looking for exceptional care for their furry loved ones!

I can’t recommend Rocky Top Pet Resort enough!! My dog recently started going for daycare to get some playtime with other dogs and just had her first over night boarding and it could not have gone better! The staff is so kind, professional, and considerate. I got several updates with photos on how my pup was doing and they made sure I was able to get logged in on the livestream to check in on her. It was so nice to be able to leave and know she would be in the best hands and have a fun time too! I will continue to use them going forward for all daycare and boarding needs ❤️

We love Rocky Top Pet Resort! Our dogs are always well cared for. The facilities are clean, the staff is attentive, the puppy cams are great for checking in on the dogs. I love that it’s air conditioned/climate controlled. Owners Bobby & Amanda and their staff do a fantastic job.

We have our two dogs groomed at Rocky Top by MarriBeth and she does an excellent job with them. She groomed both of them for 2 1/2 years at another facility prior to Rocky Top and we followed her in her move! The facility is very clean and a good environment. Highly recommend MarriBeth for grooming!

Rocky Top has been a dream come true for me and my pup! Truly the best experience I’ve ever had leaving my dog with anyone ever. My pup, Frank, is a 3.5 year old bulldog who can be wiggly and a little uncooperative. So it is important for me to trust that the staff is going to be patient and kind with him. I certainly got that vibe when I initially looked into RTPR, but being able to watch the staff with him on their webcams during his stay proved that vibe very true. I could watch him any time I wanted (and I watched often!) and just the peace of mind of seeing him relaxed and happy made such a huge difference. Couple all that with the option to put him up in a suite that is every bit as comfortable as home (we stayed in the “Mawmaw’s house” suite) and I can firmly say that Rocky Top has made a long term customer out of me. I found the Rocky Top facility to be very clean and spacious. The play space was extremely well kept, the dogs receive LOADS of play time (at no additional cost!), and personal attention was given to every dog I saw on the cameras. The owners stayed in communication with me before, during, and after the stay, keeping me updated as Frank warmed up to the place
