The employees are very courteous and helpful. We've gotten there without our phone and they get us into the car wash manually with our information. It's a good car wash does a good job for a good price. The two things I would wish for are 1) I wish they had some cameras online showing how much of a backup there is. Car Wash is on opposite side of town from us and sometimes we drive over there and it's so backed up we can't wait if there were cameras we could look online and decide whether to go ahead of time and pick another time if it's too backed up. 2) this is pretty much my first car wash ever so I don't know what it is and isn't supposed to do but when we come out of the stall even with all the work they've done to add extra dryers my car is still pretty wet so I have to wipe it down by hand if I don't want droplets all over the windshield But I want to say again this car wash does a really good job of giving me a clean car had a really good price

I love this place I come here at least once a week,and everything is always clean. The employees are always kind and welcoming, and the service is consistently great. In my opinion, this is definitely the best car wash in Helena and the surrounding areas. Highly recommend!!!

We were pretty disappointed! I used the 1st touchless bay on the left. $12. My car is still dirty. Front windshield and 2 passenger side windows got cleaned, but the driver's side windows and rear window are still dirty. Only the top half of the passenger side of car got cleaned as well as the passenger side half of the hood. Hopefully it's an easy fix for them. May try it again in the future.

I loved this car wash and went there multiple times a week with my membership. Unfortunately, that ended when their garage door came down on the back of my car and their company said it was my fault “ failed to clear the bay”. There was nothing to tell me that a garage door would come down on my car. I had to stop because my children were trying to get in the car from the side (after getting a snack at gas station) and I was not going to run their feet over. Unfortunately, their safety mechanisms do not show if something is under the garage door once something passes the Inside sensor. The attendant kept comparing it to a home garage door saying that once you clear it, you need to fully exit, but there’s no warnings to tell you that this will happen and they do not always use the garage doors. Additionally, if an obstacle is in your way, like another car that came out of the Bay next door and stopped you from moving forward any further the door would still come down on you. It is different than a home garage door that you are controlling the button and know when it is going to be coming down. There are no warnings or lights or even signs To warn you that there will be a garage

Well let me start by saying I only gave this company when Star because it was required to give at least one star in order to make a review. I am here visiting from out of state and I am getting ready to drive 2800 mi home to my home state and I wanted to get all of Montana's dirt and mud off my vehicle before hitting the road I thought I would try Rocky mountain car wash because I had seen an advertisement and that it was the best car wash around total and free and it would get your car cleaner than any car wash in town. The owners of this car wash should be brought 2 Justice for scamming people out of their money! I chose the supernova option as I was sure that the best option around and $23 was sure to get me my money's worth and sure to get my car cleaned! I am so disappointed and disgusted at how this car wash did not clean my car and now I have to go to another car wash most likely do it myself this time because I just spent $23 on a scam and a sham of a car wash that lift my car so disgustingly dirty! Rocky mountain Car Wash owners you should be ashamed of yourself for scamming people out of $23 for a supernova best in town car wash to leave people's car looking like mine doe
